Parade Float Application Forms
If you wish to enter a float into the Dublin Pride parade on the 30th June 2012, you are required to complete an application form and return to us by Monday 20th June. You can download this here and return it to Outhouse, 105 Capel Street, Dublin 1.
We request that all floats be completed and setup on the day by 1pm. This allows us time to prepare the parade. Health & Safety checks will be performed to ensure that your vehicle / float is in keeping with the terms & conditions set out in the registration form.
Why Should I register?
- All contingents having vehicles, floats or walking groups MUST register to be included in the 2012 Dublin Pride Parade
- Only contingents that are registered are eligible to win awards
- Once you are registered, you will be provided with up-to-date information regarding the parade as soon as it comes up
- You will be kept informed of how the day will operate via regular updates
- Health & Safety is of utmost importance to us, so that we can help keep everyone safe on the day. Registration allows us to plan to ensure that H&S standards are kept
- Dublin Pride will provide free training to your stewards so that they can help keep your contingent safe on the day
- It gives Dublin Pride a better idea of parking requirements before and after the parade, so that we can accommodate your contingent on the day
- We can plan the parade to ensure that entertainment and music is present for the full length of the parade and not just concentrated in one section
